Review by hotel critic
As a seasoned food critic, I approached my recent culinary getaway at Singabu Bungalows with a discerning palate. Upon arrival, the serene ambiance enveloped me like a warm blanket, making it feel like an oasis. Starting each day, I savored the complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast. It was an impressive introduction to local flavors, served in a casual yet elegant setting. The coffee was robust, and the freshly prepared dishes catered well to my tastes, marking a delightful beginning to the day. For lunch, I ventured next door to Warung J Pudak and found myself indulging in one of the finest Indonesian meals I've enjoyed in recent memory. The menu offered an innovative twist on classic dishes, showcasing the region's culinary heritage. The hotel staff were notably considerate and helpful in arranging excursions, enhancing my stay further. Singabu Bungalows proved to be an excellent base for exploring the local gastronomic scene, a quality I wholeheartedly appreciate as a London food lover.
